Fender Lonestar with tags and case - as new, Mexico £495
As new condition, still has protective covering on scratchplate and back plate, trem arm is still sealed in bag with manual.
Fender Squire Stratocaster, Mexico £250
Very rare in the UK - a Squire made in Mexico. Apparently made for the USA market, it comes in a rectangular US Fender case.
Gibson Challenger, 1984, USA. £495
Having never seen one of these before it was a bit of a mystery but, having done the research, it turns out that Gibson produced these for a couple of years in the mid 80s. Why is anyone's guess. It has a Lawrence designed pickup, Schaller bridge, maple bolt on neck with an ebony board and mahogany body. Finish has faded from silver to green (and you don't see many green guitars round these parts). Now the interesting bit - it has a barely readable signature on the body by a famous rock guitar player best known for his work with someone or other called R Plant. Came from a deceased 'Rock Cafe' in Newcastle apparently. No authentication for the sig and no effect on the price but novel all the same. All levity aside it plays pretty well and is cheap enough for a 25 year old USA Gibson.
Gordon Smith Gypsy, £495
This Gordon Smith has been refinished in sunburst by a local guitar maker and is in wonderful condition. Seymour Duncan pickups (with coil tap) give a big rock sound.

Kevin Parsons custom left hand with case, UK £650
Local luthier Kevin Parsons makes lots of guitars for famous rock types. This one was made in 1993. Walnut back and sides, spruce top, Baggs pickup. A unique instrument which plays well.

Gibson Gospel left hand, USA 1995 with case. £695
Spruce top, laminated mahogany back and sides. You don't see many of these, especially in left hand. It's had an active pickup fitted too. It's a little scruffy hence the lower price.
